The company is private family owned and it was created in early 2020 by CEO Said Adam. Beyra Group owns multiple companies including, the largest slaughterhouse chain in Kenya, 6 dining restaurants in Nairobi and Mombasa, construction company with more than 7 sites under construction in Nairobi Kenya. Most of the owners are from Columbus, Ohio, Minneapolis Minnesota USA. The same family also owns, US HALAL FOODS INC based in Minnesota USA which is parent company that owns 7 grocery retail stores, 5 wholesale food distribution companies, 5 food school food catering restaurants. The family recently acquired the largest shopping mall center and surrounding properties in Columbus Ohio.
